Shubha Mudgal

Shubha Mudgal is an acclaimed musician and versatile performer trained by the eminent scholar, musician, and composer Pandit Ramashreya Jha ‘Ramrang’; Pandit Vinaya Chandra Maudgalya and Pandit Vasant Thakar; Pandit Jitendra Abhisheki; Pandit Kumar Gandharva and Naina Devi.

A former member of the Central Advisory Board of Education constituted by the Government of India, Shubha has been closely involved with several projects related to music education in India. 

She received the Padma Shri in 2000, apart from several other prestigious awards.
